range of experience, from the management of small multi-unit dwellings to large
apartment buildings and condominium and homeowners associations.
Ron has
formerly managed properties for the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia’s largest employer and major owner of Real Estate, as well
as several other local real estate companies.
Ron has
extensive knowledge of State and Federal Regulations regarding fair housing and
tenant-landlord laws, as well as local government regulations, building codes
and association rules and regulations.

himself on being a “hands-on” manager who is always accessible.
